Introduction

Hello and welcome to my website!

I am an actor and theatre director. I trained at the Rep College in Berkshire; an independent theatre school, graduating in 2002. I originally come from South Wales and have made my home in Norfolk. I have directed at off West End venues in London as well as rural site specific theatre and I am represented by ROSS MACFARLANE. Together with Daisy Plackett I run Strange Fascination Theatre based in Norfolk.

Despite the Covid Pandemic, I managed to keep busy throughout 2020, with a part in a soon to be released horror film ‘Hatched’ from Proportion Productions and several adverts for Kaplan Law, shown this year on US cable tv. Strange Fascination Theatre also embarked on a sell out socially distanced revival of Alice in Wonderland, and a successful week long run of a new Halloween puppet show at Holkham Hall. I had also completed a four month tour for Bill Kenwright, as understudy for his revival of Tom Stoppard’s ‘Rough Crossing’, pre lockdown. This March we are bringing our successful Halloween outdoor puppet show of Hansel and Gretel to the Norwich Fringe, where I am also directing a new piece by published poet Abbie Neale, ‘The Father, The Son and the Owl of Death’. I am also involved in a charity zoom production of ‘Twelfth Night’ directed by Katy Fahy.

This Easter sees SFt return to Holkham Hall with an Easter puppet show, ‘Tudor Tails’. Our summer tour this year is our version of Treasure Island, which will tour to many wonderful stately homes across the region, including Raynham Hall and Hautbois Hall. I’m also travelling to Spain in October to begin filming as a principal character, ‘Weddle’ in western feature film,‘Gunhand’.

I see myself as a character actor that thrives on collaboration. For me it’s about the production, the enjoyment of the audience and what I can give from my experience to create the best performance I can. So, if you like what you see and wish to work with me on your project, please get in touch!
